Haveli Indian Restaurant is one of the few places in Bucharest and even in Romania where you can enjoy the authentic Indian cuisine. Owned by a Pakistani and having an Indian chef, the restaurant is a true representation of the Middle Eastern spirit, introducing its guests to a unique atmosphere.

From the food to the décor and the ambience, everything breathes the Oriental air, which makes the restaurant’s guests feel as if they are in a true Indian location. You can come here to relax and to try some of the delicious Indian specialties which made the restaurant famous throughout the city. For starters, we recommend you to try the paneer tikka (cottage cheese with onions, tomatoes and paprika, cooked in a special oven, called tandoor). The chicken and lamb dishes, garnished with exotic side dishes such as coconut, mango or nuts gravy, can suit any taste. If you are on a vegetarian diet, here you can enjoy a variety of dishes made only from vegetables such as lentils, chickpeas, spinach, cauliflower, eggplant and mushrooms. As one would expect from an Indian restaurant, the rich menu includes 11 types of dishes based on rice and 6 different types of Indian bread. For dessert, we strongly recommend you to taste gajar ka halwa, the carrot pudding.

The restaurant also offers its clients a free home delivery service, available on Monday between 19:00 and 22:00 and from Tuesday to Sunday, between 12:00 and 22:00.
