La Tartiflette is an original restaurant in the centre of Iaşi, situated within a couple of minutes walking distance from Vasile Alecsandri National Theatre and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Based on a balanced combination of classical dishes, yet new in the landscape of the local restaurants, the menu at La Tartiflette will surprise and charm you with its Mediterranean flavour.

Not necessarily sophisticated, but delicious and healthy, the dishes from the restaurant’s menu are made from fresh, natural ingredients. Everything is carefully prepared in the restaurant’s kitchen, from sauces and creams to spices and bread. While not quite inexpensive, the dishes here have a fair value considering the increased quality of their ingredients. We recommend you to try the Quiche Lorraine, a French specialty of dough filled with ham, egg, cheese and cream, the innovative Dracula Steak, combining three different types of meat, or stuffed Tempura pancakes with Béchamel sauce. Most of the dishes that you will see in the restaurant’s menu, such as those mentioned above, are not to be found in any other restaurant in the city.
